Client Brief - Scope of Works

This specification sheet is based on an initial meeting with Robert Thompson on Tuesday 11th Oct 2022, and a subsequent meeting with Rob & Nicole on Monday 31st October 2022, and on Wed 16th Nov 2022. This spec is based on the original plan although the client has provided a new upstairs layout which he is aware will impact on certain prices.

Should the client wish to make any amendments post project commencement, these will be detailed in an additional services sheet with the relevant additions/subtractions to the price.
